Host Events at Your Venue

Learn how to create events as your venue and see upcoming and past events in your dashboard.

You can host events as your venue, so they show up under your venue’s name. Your venue dashboard also keeps track of the events at your venue.

This article explains how to create an event from your venue and where to find your venue’s events.

Before You Start

To do this, you must:

  • Be logged into your Beatmatch account

  • Be the venue owner or an admin on the venue team

Venue owners and admins can create and edit events for the venue. To learn more about picking a host profile, see Choose a Profile for Creating Events.

Create an Event as Your Venue

To create an event hosted by your venue:

  1. Visit beatmatch.app and log in

  2. Go to your venue’s public page and select View dashboard

  3. Select New event in the bar at the bottom of the dashboard

The New Event page opens with your venue set as the host. If the event doesn’t have a location yet, your venue’s address is filled in for you.

From there, enter your event details and tickets. See Create an Event and Create Ticket Options.

See Your Venue’s Events

To see events at your venue:

  1. Visit beatmatch.app and log in

  2. Go to your venue’s public page and select View dashboard

  3. Select the Events tab

  • Upcoming events – events booked or scheduled at your venue

  • Past events – a history of everything hosted at your venue

Select an event to open it. Your next few upcoming events also appear on the Overview tab.

Run Your Event

Refunds for events your venue hosts can only be issued by the venue owner.
