The Orders tab in your event dashboard shows every ticket order for your event. From here, you can see how much you’re earning, check in guests, refund orders, and export your order list.
This article explains how to find your orders and what you can do with them.
Before You Start
To manage orders, you must:
Be the event host or a co-host with access to the event dashboard
Be logged into your Beatmatch account
Some actions, like exporting orders and issuing refunds, are only available to team members with permission to perform them. If you don’t see an option described below, ask the event owner about your role.
Open the Orders Tab
To view your orders:
Visit beatmatch.app and log in
Navigate to the event you are managing
Open the Manage Event view
Select the Orders tab
Track Your Earnings
At the top of the Orders tab, the At a glance section summarizes your event’s sales so you can check out how much you are earning.
For a deeper look at your event’s performance, select View insights to open the Insights tab.
Understanding Your Order List
Each order in the list shows:
The buyer’s name and how long ago the order was placed
The number of tickets and the ticket option purchased (for example, 2 x General Admission)
The order amount
A short order number (for example, Order #1a2b3c4d)
A Check in button, or a Refunded label if the order was refunded
Scroll down to load more orders. If no one has bought tickets yet, you’ll see No orders yet.
Check In a Guest From an Order
To check in a guest manually, select Check in next to their order. The button changes to Checked in. If you checked in the wrong order, select Checked in again to remove the check-in.
To learn more about scanning tickets at the door, see Check-In Guests.
Refund an Order
To refund an order:
Find the order in the Orders tab
Select the ⋯ (more) button next to the order
Select Refund order
Select Refund to confirm
Once the refund is processed, you’ll see a confirmation and the order will show a Refunded label. Refunds can’t be undone, so double-check that you’ve selected the right order before confirming.
For details on how Beatmatch service fees are handled on refunds, see Understand Ticket Fees.
Copy an Order ID
If you need to reference a specific order, for example when contacting Beatmatch support, select the ⋯ (more) button next to the order and choose Copy order ID. The full order ID is copied to your clipboard.
Export Your Orders
To download a copy of your orders:
Open the Orders tab
Select Export orders
Your orders download as a CSV file named after your event, which you can open in a spreadsheet app. If your event doesn’t have any orders yet, there won’t be anything to export.
Getting Paid
Beatmatch partners with Stripe for payouts. If your event is hosted by a community, artist, or venue profile, go to that profile’s Settings and open Finance to connect a Stripe account, view your account balance, and open your Stripe dashboard.
Tips for Managing Orders
Check the At a glance section regularly to keep track of sales
Export your orders before the event so you have a backup guest list
Copy the order ID when contacting support about a specific order
Confirm you’ve selected the right order before issuing a refund
Set up payouts early so you’re ready to receive your earnings
