Your venue dashboard is where you and your team manage your venue on Beatmatch. From here, you can post updates, see upcoming events, check who follows you, track performance, and update your venue’s settings.
This article explains how to open your dashboard and what each part of it does.
Before You Start
To do this, you must:
Be logged into your Beatmatch account
Be the venue owner or an admin on the venue team
Some sections, like Settings, only appear for team members with permission to use them. If you don’t see an option described below, ask the venue owner about your role.
Open Your Venue Dashboard
To open your dashboard:
Visit beatmatch.app and log in
Go to your venue’s public page and select View dashboard
When you create a new venue, you’re taken straight to its dashboard. To learn how to create one, see Create a Venue.
The Dashboard Header
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see your venue’s photo, name, and follower count. From the header, you can:
Select your venue photo to upload a new one
Select View profile to open your public venue page in a new tab
Select Share profile to share a link to your venue
Dashboard Tabs
Use the tabs below the header to move between sections:
Overview – Write a post, see a summary of your venue’s performance, and view your upcoming events and newest followers
Events – See upcoming and past events at your venue. See Host Events at Your Venue.
Followers – See everyone who follows your venue. See Track Your Venue Followers and Insights.
Insights – Track how your venue is performing
Settings – Edit your venue details, set up payouts, and manage your team
Quick Actions
The bar at the bottom of the dashboard gives you shortcuts:
New event – Create an event hosted by your venue (shown if you have permission to create events)
Text blast – Send a text message update. See Send a Text Blast.
Actions – Select Create post to share a post. See Create a Post.
Setup Checklist
Your dashboard shows a checklist of recommended next steps, such as:
Sharing your venue profile
Adding your bank details so you can get paid
Inviting your team
Select a step to go straight to the right place. You’ll only see steps you have permission to complete, and the checklist goes away once every step is done.
