Your venue dashboard shows who follows your venue and how your venue is performing, so you can understand your audience and grow it.
This article explains how to use the Followers and Insights tabs.
Before You Start
To do this, you must:
Be logged into your Beatmatch account
Be the venue owner or an admin on the venue team
See Your Followers
To see who follows your venue:
Visit beatmatch.app and log in
Go to your venue’s public page and select View dashboard
Select the Followers tab
The tab shows your total number of followers. For each follower, you’ll see:
Their name and when they followed your venue
Links to their Instagram or TikTok, if they’ve added them
Icons showing whether they have a phone number or email on Beatmatch
Scroll down to load more followers. If no one follows your venue yet, you’ll see No followers yet. Your newest followers also appear on the Overview tab.
Track Your Insights
To see how your venue is performing:
Visit beatmatch.app and log in
Go to your venue’s public page and select View dashboard
Select the Insights tab
The Insights tab shows charts about your venue. If there isn’t enough activity yet, you’ll see No insights yet. Insights appear as your audience grows.
Tips for Growing Your Audience
Share your venue profile from the dashboard header
Post updates to give fans a reason to follow. See Create a Post.
Host events as your venue so guests discover your profile. See Host Events at Your Venue.
