Navigate Your Artist Dashboard

Learn how to open your artist dashboard and what you can do in each tab.

Your artist dashboard is where you and your team manage your artist profile on Beatmatch. From here, you can post updates, see your gigs, check who follows you, track your growth, and update your settings.

This article explains how to open your dashboard and what each part of it does.

Before You Start

To do this, you must:

  • Be logged into your Beatmatch account

  • Be the artist owner or an admin on the artist team

Some sections, like Finance settings, only appear for team members with permission to use them. If you don’t see an option described below, ask the artist owner about your role.

Open Your Artist Dashboard

To open your dashboard:

  1. Visit beatmatch.app and log in

  2. Go to your artist’s public page and select View dashboard

When you create a new artist profile, you’re taken straight to its dashboard. To learn how to create one, see Create an Artist.

The Dashboard Header

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see your artist’s photo, name, username, and follower count. From the header, you can:

  • Select View profile to open your public artist page in a new tab

  • Select Share profile to share a link to your artist page

To learn more, see Share Your Public Artist Page.

Dashboard Tabs

Use the tabs below the header to move between sections:

  • Overview – Write a post, see your upcoming gigs, view an insights summary, and see your newest followers

  • Gigs – See and manage the events you’re performing at. See View and Manage Your Gigs.

  • Followers – See everyone who follows your artist profile. See Track Your Artist Followers and Insights.

  • Insights – Track how your artist profile is growing

  • Settings – Edit your artist details, add songs, set up payouts, and manage your team

Settings

The Settings tab has these sections:

Quick Actions

The bar at the bottom of the dashboard gives you shortcuts:

  • Text blast – Send a text message update to your followers

  • Actions – Select Create post to share a post

Setup Checklist

Your dashboard shows a Start getting booked checklist of recommended next steps, such as:

  • Sharing your artist profile

  • Selecting Get paid to add your bank details

Select a step to go straight to the right place. You’ll only see steps you have permission to complete, and the checklist goes away once every step is done.

  • Share your profile as soon as it’s live

  • Post from the Overview tab to keep followers engaged

  • Check the Insights tab to see what’s working
