Understand Ticket Fees

Beatmatch charges a service fee when you purchase paid tickets on the platform. We believe in making pricing clear upfront so you know what you’re paying before completing your purchase.

For paid tickets, the Beatmatch service fee is:

10% of the order value + $0.99 per ticket

For example, if you purchase one $22.99 ticket:

If you purchase multiple tickets in the same order, the $0.99 per-ticket portion applies to each ticket.

Your final price is shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Service fees help Beatmatch provide the technology and services that power your ticket purchase and event experience, including secure payment processing, digital ticket delivery, event discovery, QR-code entry, and other platform features.

The ticket price itself is set by the event organizer.

For standard refunds requested by a guest, Beatmatch service fees are non-refundable.

If an event organizer approves your refund request, you'll receive a refund for the base ticket price, while the original service fees will not be returned.

For example, if you paid $22.99 for a $20 ticket, an approved standard refund would return $20.00.

If the event is cancelled by the event organizer, you'll receive a full refund, including the ticket price and Beatmatch service fees.

This is different from a refund requested because the event is no longer happening.

Event organizers determine the base prices for their tickets. This means prices can vary by event and by ticket option, such as Early Bird, General Admission, or other tiers created by the organizer.

Beatmatch's service fee is added to the order and displayed as part of your purchase price.
