Use Your Ticket at the Door

Learn how to access your ticket and show your QR code for entry when you arrive at the event.

Once you’ve purchased a ticket on Beatmatch, your phone becomes your entry pass. When you arrive at the venue, you’ll show your QR code to be scanned for check-in.

This article explains how to access your ticket and use it at the door.


Find Your Ticket

Your tickets are stored in your profile.

To access your ticket:

  1. Open the Beatmatch app

  2. Go to your Profile

  3. Tap My tickets

  4. Select the event you’re attending

You’ll see your ticket card with event details and a button to show your QR code.


Open Your QR Code

When you’re ready to enter the event:

  1. Tap Show QR Code on your ticket

  2. Your screen will display a large QR code for entry

This QR code is unique to your ticket and is used to verify your entry.


Show Your Ticket to Staff

At the door:

  • Present your QR code to event staff or the door manager

  • They will scan it using their check-in device

  • Once scanned successfully, you’ll be checked in and allowed inside

Make sure your screen brightness is high so the QR code is easy to scan.


View Event Details From Your Ticket

From your ticket screen, you can also:

  • Tap View event details to see the event page

  • Tap Add to calendar to save the event to your phone

  • Tap Share event to send the event link to friends

These options help you stay organized and invite others.


Troubleshooting at the Door

If you have trouble checking in:

  • Make sure you’re logged into the same account used to buy the ticket

  • Try reopening the app and loading the QR code again

  • Ensure your internet connection is active

  • Increase your screen brightness

If staff can’t scan your QR code, they may be able to manually find your order using your name.


Important Notes

  • Each ticket can only be scanned once

  • Screenshots of QR codes may not work reliably

  • Tickets must be shown in the Beatmatch app

  • You must present the ticket from the account that purchased it

If your ticket isn’t showing or won’t scan:

  • Check that you’re signed into the correct account

  • Go to My tickets and refresh the page

  • Contact Beatmatch support with your event name and email used to purchase
