Access your tickets

How to access your event tickets on Beatmatch.

Updated over a week ago

Once you purchase a ticket on Beatmatch, your ticket is stored securely in your account and can be accessed anytime before the event. This article explains where to find your tickets, how to use them on event day, and what to do if you’re having trouble accessing them.

Where to Find Your Tickets

After completing a ticket purchase, your tickets are automatically added to your Beatmatch account. You do not need to download or print anything.

To access your tickets:

  1. Open the Beatmatch app or website

  2. Make sure you’re logged into the account (via phone number) used to purchase the ticket

  3. Go to your Profile

  4. Select My Tickets

  5. Tap on the event to view your ticket details

Your ticket will display important information including:

  • Event name

  • Date and time

  • Venue or location

  • Ticket status

  • A scannable ticket or check-in code (if required for entry)

Using Your Ticket on Event Day

Most events on Beatmatch use digital tickets. When you arrive at the event:

  • Open the Beatmatch app

  • Navigate to your ticket for that event

  • Present the ticket or check-in screen to event staff

Some events may require a QR code scan, while others may check your name against an attendee list. Follow the instructions provided on the event page or by the event organizer.

We recommend opening your ticket before reaching the entrance to avoid delays.

Do I Need an Internet Connection?

In most cases, an internet connection is recommended so your ticket loads correctly and updates are reflected in real time. If you’re concerned about connectivity:

  • Open your ticket before arriving at the venue

  • Keep the app open while waiting in line

Event organizers may still be able to check you in by name if needed.

Can I Access Tickets Purchased by a Friend?

Tickets are tied to the Beatmatch account that completed the purchase. If someone else bought the ticket for you, make sure they have transferred the ticket to your account (if ticket transfers are supported for that event).

If you’re unsure who purchased the ticket or where it was sent, contact the person who bought it or reach out to Beatmatch support.

I Can’t See My Ticket — What Should I Do?

If you don’t see your ticket, try the following steps:

  • Confirm you’re logged into the correct Beatmatch account

  • Check your email for a purchase confirmation to verify the transaction

  • Refresh the app or restart it

  • Make sure the event date has not passed

If the issue persists, contact Beatmatch support and include:

  • The email used for purchase

  • The event name

  • The date of purchase

Our team can help locate your ticket and restore access if needed.

Event Changes or Cancellations

If an event is updated, rescheduled, or canceled, your ticket will update automatically in the app. You may also receive a notification or message from the organizer with additional details.

Always refer to your ticket page for the most up-to-date information.
