Promo codes let you unlock discounts or special ticket access when buying tickets on Beatmatch. If an event host has shared a promo code with you, you can enter it during checkout before completing your purchase.
This article shows you where to enter a promo code and what to do if it doesn’t work.
When Can I Use a Promo Code?
You can apply a promo code:
After selecting your ticket option
Before completing payment
Only if the event has an active promotion
Promo codes may:
Discount the ticket price
Unlock special ticket options
Be limited by date or number of uses
How to Apply a Promo Code
To apply a promo code at checkout:
Open the event you want to attend
Select your ticket option and quantity
Continue to the checkout screen
Select Enter code in the top-right corner
In the promo code field, type your code
Select Apply
If the code is valid:
Your discount will be applied automatically
The updated price will be shown on screen
You can then continue with checkout and complete your purchase.
Signing In to Use a Promo Code
If you are not already signed in, you may be prompted to:
Register for a Beatmatch account, or
Sign in using your phone number
This step is required so your promo code can be validated and tied to your ticket purchase.
What If My Promo Code Doesn’t Work?
A promo code may not work if:
It has expired
It has already reached its maximum number of uses
It was entered incorrectly
It only applies to certain ticket types
You are not signed in
Try:
Double-checking the spelling
Making sure you selected the correct ticket option
Signing in before applying the code
If it still doesn’t work, contact the event host for a new code or clarification.
Can I Use More Than One Promo Code?
Only one promo code can be applied per order. If you enter a new code, it will replace the previous one.
