What Is an Event Lineup?

An event lineup is the list of performers who will appear at your event. This can include:

  • DJs

  • Musicians

  • Live acts

  • Hosts or special guests

  • Dancers

Adding performers makes your event more informative and helps attract fans who follow those artists.


How to Add Performers to Your Event

To add performers to your event lineup:

  1. Open the event you want to manage

  2. Go to the event’s Dashboard or Edit Event view

  3. Navigate to the Lineup or Performers section

  4. Select Add Performer

  5. Search for an artist by name or username

  6. Select the correct artist profile

  7. Save your changes

Once added, the performer will appear on your event’s lineup.


Linking Performers to Artist Profiles

When you add a performer, Beatmatch links the lineup entry to that artist’s profile (if one exists). This allows:

  • Fans to tap the artist’s name and view their profile

  • The artist’s followers to discover your event

  • The performer’s gig history to stay accurate

If the artist does not yet have a profile, you may need to create or request one before adding them to the lineup.


Editing or Removing Performers

You can manage your lineup at any time:

  • Remove a performer if the lineup changes

  • Reorder performers to match set times or importance

  • Update the lineup if new artists are added

Changes are reflected on the event page so attendees always see the most up-to-date lineup.
